Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking or using any service provided by Space Coast Mobile Detailing. By scheduling an appointment, making a payment, or using our services in any way, you agree to be bound by the terms set forth below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”) and Space Coast Mobile Detailing (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a veteran-owned mobile detailing business operating throughout Brevard County and the greater Space Coast area of Florida.
By booking an appointment online, by phone, or in person, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. These terms apply to all customers, visitors, and users of our website at spacecoastmobiledetailing.com.
2. Services Provided
Space Coast Mobile Detailing provides professional mobile vehicle detailing services at a location of your choosing within our service area. Our current offerings include Auto Detailing, Ceramic Coating, Paint Correction, RV Detailing, and Boat Detailing.
Service packages, pricing, and inclusions are subject to change. All pricing provided at the time of booking reflects current rates and is honored for that appointment. We reserve the right to decline service at our sole discretion, including in cases of excessive damage, unsafe working conditions, or circumstances outside the scope of standard detailing.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled based on availability and confirmed at the time of booking.
You may reschedule your appointment at no charge if you contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled service time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the quoted service price. If our technician arrives at the scheduled location and the vehicle is unavailable or inaccessible, the appointment will be treated as a no-show and may be subject to a trip fee.

4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless a deposit arrangement has been agreed upon in advance. We accept major credit and debit cards, cash, and approved digital payment methods.
Certain services, particularly ceramic coating and paint correction, may require a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation made less than 24 hours before the appointment.
The quoted price is based on the condition of the vehicle as described at the time of booking. If the actual condition differs significantly from the description provided, we reserve the right to adjust the final price and will communicate any changes before proceeding with additional work.
5. Vehicle Access & Preparation
To ensure a smooth and timely service, customers are expected to have their vehicle accessible at the scheduled time and location. Please remove all personal belongings, valuables, and important documents from the vehicle prior to our arrival. Space Coast Mobile Detailing is not responsible for any personal items left inside the vehicle.
Please disclose any known pre-existing damage, sensitivities, or modifications to your vehicle before service begins. By providing your vehicle for service, you confirm that you are the registered owner or have explicit authorization from the owner to have the vehicle serviced.
6. Liability & Property Damage
We are not responsible for damage that existed prior to our service. Any pre-existing scratches, chips, rust, worn trim, or fragile components will be noted before work begins. Older paint, cracked trim, loose moldings, and similar aged components may be more susceptible to change during the detailing process.
In the unlikely event that damage occurs during service and is determined to be the result of our technician’s actions, our liability will be limited to the reasonable cost of repair or the total amount paid for the service, whichever is less.
Any claim of damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of the completed service. Claims reported after this window may not be considered, as we cannot verify the cause of damage after the fact.
7. Ceramic Coating Terms
Ceramic coating services are subject to additional terms. We reserve the right to require paint correction prior to ceramic coating application if the surface condition warrants it. Ceramic coatings enhance paint protection and hydrophobic properties but do not make a vehicle scratch-proof, chip-proof, or damage-proof. Results may vary based on application environment, maintenance, and vehicle condition.
After application, the coating requires a curing period during which the vehicle should not be exposed to rain, washing, or extreme conditions. Post-care instructions will be provided at the time of service. Any warranty associated with ceramic coating services will be outlined separately in writing at the time of your appointment.
8. Satisfaction Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 24 hours of the appointment so we can address your concerns. Concerns must be raised before the vehicle is driven, washed, or otherwise altered following service. Refunds, if applicable, are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
9. Weather & Service Delays
Space Coast Mobile Detailing reserves the right to reschedule any appointment due to severe weather conditions, including heavy rain, lightning, high winds, or other conditions that would compromise the safety of our team or the quality of the service. In the event of a weather-related reschedule, we will contact you promptly and find the next available appointment at no additional cost.
10. Privacy
The collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Space Coast Mobile Detailing website, including text, images, logos, and service descriptions, is the property of Space Coast Mobile Detailing and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content from our website without our express written consent.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Brevard County, Florida. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
13. Changes to These Terms
Space Coast Mobile Detailing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
